During this time there have been huge changes in both consumer behaviour and in marketing methods and channels. We’ve worked with Miller Homes through both our Edinburgh and Leeds offices to evolve more efficient and effective media channels, and at the same time helped develop a more accountable approach to marketing spend. Today we develop advertising, outdoor, direct mail, Facebook and social media campaigns as well as analysis of data and consumer insights. The agency has the responsibility for the implementation of brand guidelines to ensure Miller is portrayed as the quality house builder in the market.
