Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks (both part of National Australia Bank) were looking for an agency to help reposition their customer service proposition. After a pitch process involving some top London agencies, The Union was appointed. We developed the ‘Always Thinking’ strap line and this service-focused ethos was then implemented across the two banks. The major corporate re-branding exercise covering all touch points was rolled out; from point-of-sale, branches, ATMs, cheque books, websites, advertising and staff communications. Detailed guidelines were required to ensure that every aspect of the new branding and design was applied with consistency and accuracy.
