The opportunity:

You’ll work across all aspects of 3D while bringing a strong interest in design and art direction to the table. If you appreciate variety in your creative work and enjoy using your design knowledge, software skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to craft engaging visuals, then hello.

Your role:

  • Transform scamps or mockups into stunning production-ready images using your 3D and compositing skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop ideas for pitches and presentations, bringing concepts to life visually.
  • Animate rigged characters, utilising both traditional keyframe animation and motion capture data, and refine animations as needed. Take those animations and composite them into deliverable online videos.
  • Engage in opportunities beyond 3D design, such as graphic and motion design, contributing to a variety of projects.

The ideal change-maker:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Maya; experience with various render engines (e.g., Arnold, Octane, Redshift) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop; knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Cinema4D is a plus.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine for rendering is a bonus. • Familiarity with motion capture software (e.g., Deepmotion, MocapX) is a bonus.
  • Video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve would be appreciated.
