I hold a BDes (Hons) in Industrial Design from Robert Gordon University, as well as having been a Market Research Society (MRS) trainer in moderating skills and Unilever Accredited moderator.
I have over 16 years’ experience working in research, insight, strategy and communications working for Kantar and CSR International on global research projects prior to joining the Union in 2015. I’ve worked with Barclays, Unilever, Argos, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, American Airlines, British Airways and Avios, leading large scale Qualitative projects across markets globally. As well as working with many Scottish clients like The Scottish Government, Food Standards Scotland, Scottish Widows, Business Stream and RZSS.
I lead qualitative research projects across the Union group, specializing in people and what makes them tick. This understanding is used to great effect in pinpointing behaviour change and representing the voice of the consumer, the public and businesses through creative and innovative insight gathering techniques and research methodologies.
