With over twenty years’ experience in leading UK direct marketing agencies, I was promoted to Managing Director of Union Direct in June 2007. Since then the agency has grown to become Scotland’s leading direct response agency, working across the media mix to deliver campaigns that drive sales and build relationships. 

Our clients include Business Stream, Scottish Friendly Assurance, Scottish Widows, VisitScotland and Velux. My role is both leading the agency and helping clients develop their direct marketing and direct response strategy.
