I have always had an interest in business and the arts, having started my own dance school at the age of 17. My dance school, LMDA, grew to over 100 students which I managed to juggle while studying journalism at university. 

Graduating in 2014 with 1st class honours, I hit a bit of a career crossroads and stumbled into a role as an SEO strategist - a stepping stone role that I had planned to use whilst I decided what I really wanted to do with my life. Somewhat unexpectedly, I fell in love with the technical complexities of the SEO world and found a new passion for strategic marketing. After a 5 -year stint in digital agencies, I made the move to The Union in 2019 driven by the desire to join a full-service agency so that I could help deliver truly integrated campaigns across on and offline channels. 

I am passionate and fun Account Director who has a bit of a reputation of being a control freak (but in a good way!). I treasure my working relationships with my clients and foster great client-agency bonds built on honesty and transparency. My client experience straddles finance, retail, FMCG, tourism and public sector. I was the Marketing Society's Rising Agency Star in 2021 and am currently a proud member of the MSS Advisory Board.
