We’re always being told that our diets don’t quite cut it. But as well know, finger-wagging and tut-tutting are never great motivators for change. The message we wished to impart to the people of Scotland is that we don’t need to go to ridiculous lengths to improve our eating habits. From a strategic point of view, a little humour might help put a lighter spin on a serious subject. 

‘Eat Well Your Way’ promoted Food Standards Scotland’s new online guide, which helps to deliver healthy eating tips and advice when those hunger pangs struck. Very tasty indeed.
