Being a nurse is phenomenally tough and the NHS can’t function without them. 

Yet, vacancy rates were at the highest level in a decade, with more than 4,000 nursing posts unfilled. For the sake of the profession, and the nation, we needed to attract school leavers and younger people to try to fill the increasing gaps in the workforce now and in the future. Our campaign focused on the critical importance of their role by asking our audience ‘What did you do today?’ to begin a conversation that would hopefully lead to conversion.
