Lost Shore is the brainchild of founder Andy Hadden, who has been working for the last ten years to make the project a reality. (His passion for surfing started when he was seven years old.)

The website took over 12 months to develop. Consisting of a customer portal and full booking journeys for surf and accommodation, the site involved multiple integrations with the core booking engine from Vintia. Other integrations are for payment systems, CRM, email, recruitment, spa and hospitality applications. Key to the project was careful planning by the agency’s UX team, working closely with designers, developers and the client. This ensured multiple accessible user journeys.

The award-winning Traffic Scotland website was a massive two-year project; the Lost Shore project has stretched us further with its intricate functionality and the granular detail required to plot the logic for the booking journeys. I’m proud of our team in the way they handled the task, and ultimately in the quality of the end product. But the work’s not finished, Lost Shore will adding services and experiences to the resort so we expect to be busy in the next few months.”
