The Scottish Government needed a new campaign to re-energise interest in the teaching profession: one that had an integrated digital focus at its heart to reach our audience, and tackled perceptions head on to showcase teaching in its true light. The aim was to drive potential applicants to our website where we would be able to build the case for teaching as a career.

Our integrated digital strategy drove tens of thousands of teachers of tomorrow to our campaign website, smashing our SMART objectives and continuing to have a positive impact on increasing teacher numbers year-on-year.
